2012 Government
Many websites and videos are dedicated to the belief that December 21, 2012 government is hiding the truth
about the end of the world, and that includes the end of mankind. The Mayan calendar ends on this date, Nostradamus
predicted disasters on or before this date and many cultures also contributed to this belief.
Interestingly enough, many people are speculating that planet X (also known as Nibiru) may have something to do
with doomsday occurring in 2012. This is essentially because if planet X comes to close to the earth it could
effectively alter the earth's gravitational pull and end up knocking the earth off its axis. It is believed that
when the Planet X comes close to earth, the earth's crust will be torn and natural disasters will kill all but a
small percentage of people. These people are thought to have already been chosen and in 2012 the government is
supposed to protect them.
Given the subject’s controversy, conspiracy theories also arise. One of the most popular conspiracy theories is
that the government will secretly protect a few thousand people in order to preserve the future of mankind. The
ones that are suppose to make it through this, or any other natural disaster for that matter, are the people in
power of our governments, those that are of child bearing age and healthy, and those that can keep technology from
disappearing.
In the year 2012 the government, will chose people who will be protected in bunkers that have been set up and
supplied with necessities to contain hundreds of survivors for a few years. Some of the lives saving supplies that
will be in the bunkers are food, medicine, water, and batteries. This bunker will act as a shelter to protect those
that are dwelling within.
One of the most valuable assets that will be stored in the bunkers, besides the people, will be the seed for
growing fruits and vegetables. Seed will be the start of returning to life, feeding many families of the future.
Some say it will be years before the soil is able to sustain life, if it ever returns to that state.
A conspiracy theory such as this does make sense, simply because in that year 2012 government, would
probably want to do whatever was necessary in order to maintain calm amongst the population after the speculations
about the end of the world. After all, if they announced that there would be no tomorrow, who knows how the human
race would respond?
However there's one other thing we need to take into consideration. Essentially, the government would certainly
want to let the population know that something is about to happen. Admittedly, they may not disclose much, but they
certainly wouldn't cover it up completely.
There is zero scientific evidence that anything will happen, but there are numerous things that could easily
threaten the human species in the year 2012, such as a geomagnetic reversal, asteroid strike or something more
intimate, like a flu pandemic, or a nuclear war.
Thus the year 2012 is going to be both exciting and challenging. After all, all are just but theories. The
important question is whether we shall be able to bring about a world where a much larger population can be a part
of the excitement, and not dream of the end of the world.
